1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bjbaj Entertainment Ltd. ("bjbaj", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bjbaj website located at https://bjbaj.io and all associated betting, casino, and gaming products and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, logging into your bjbaj account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms take effect from the date of your initial registration and remain in force for the duration of your use of the Platform.

bjbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bjbaj website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated products including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, and arcade games.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which the current version of these Terms applies.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The bjbaj Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bjbaj enforces a strict age verification process at registration and during the KYC review conducted at the withdrawal stage.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in your jurisdiction. bjbaj makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in jurisdictions other than those it targets.

3.3 Personal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, gambling prohibition order, or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit your use of betting or casino services at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.

3.4 Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and immediate family members of bjbaj Entertainment Ltd. and its affiliated third-party game providers are not permitted to hold a Player account or place real-money wagers on the Platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Accuracy

When creating your bjbaj account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may register and operate only one bjbaj account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the device, payment method, or contact details used — are strictly prohibited. Where bjbaj identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjbaj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bjbaj support immediately at [email protected]. bjbaj staff will never ask you for your password by any means.

4.4 KYC Verification

bjbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal processing suspended until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bjbaj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bjbaj does not charge fees on standard mobile wallet transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bjbaj is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. bjbaj reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods and will communicate such changes in advance on the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are processed within fifteen (15) minutes under standard conditions. Withdrawals to other accepted payment methods are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, during public holidays observed in Bangladesh, or when additional KYC verification is required. bjbaj is not liable for delays attributable to the payment provider after a withdrawal has been dispatched from the Platform.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account, or to a verified payment method associated with the registered account holder's identity. bjbaj reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform. Funds deposited as part of a promotional offer are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bjbaj operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Where transactions are identified as suspicious, bjbaj reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation, freeze the relevant account, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Depositing funds on the Platform for any purpose other than genuine participation in betting or gaming activities is strictly prohibited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bjbaj offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, in addition to these General Bonus Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Strategies designed to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing wagers to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"), or exploiting platform errors — are strictly prohibited. bjbaj reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bjbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotional terms already accepted by a Player and actively being fulfilled at the time of modification will be honoured according to the original terms under which they were accepted, to the extent reasonably practicable.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports wagers on bjbaj are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific sport and market type. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the Platform's help section. bjbaj reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at the best available information where an event is abandoned, interrupted, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are made available on a best-efforts basis. bjbaj does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets during any given event. Bets accepted and confirmed by the Platform prior to a suspension of live betting stand unless voided under these Terms or the applicable sport-specific rules.

7.3 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the bjbaj Casino are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in relation to account and payment matters; game-specific outcomes are governed by the provider's certified rules and the independently verified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer procedures applicable to that game.

7.4 Error & Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or erroneous odds publication, bjbaj reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players' accounts. bjbaj is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player relying on erroneous odds or game states resulting from a technical error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bjbaj Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit platform errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in a systematic manner intended to generate guaranteed profit.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent financial transactions, or in connection with any other illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful and using technical means (such as a VPN) to circumvent geographic access restrictions imposed by bjbaj.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bjbaj staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which wagers are placed through the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bjbaj Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of bjbaj Entertainment Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written permission of bjbaj.

10 Privacy & Data

bjbaj is committed to protecting the personal data of its registered players. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by the bjbaj Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

bjbaj collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the personalisation of your experience on the Platform. bjbaj does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers engaged in payment processing, KYC verification, fraud detection, and customer support operations, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjbaj Entertainment Ltd. and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bjbaj's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with their use of the Platform — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by bjbaj's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Amendments

bjbaj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bjbaj will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or on-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

The Effective Date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bjbaj Entertainment Ltd.'s place of incorporation. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bjbaj's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
